Since I've begun viewing this new module, I've been happily "listening" - tuning in to what my future self has to say to me. This made me think about what I'd like to tell my past self, and one big message I'd like to give my younger self is: "you are gorgeous! don't worry about how you look, because you are stunner, a knockout, a total babe!"

How much I worried and fretted and suffered (and wasted time and effort) about not being pretty enough (I grew up in Southern California where I've since learned the standards of "pretty enough" that I was trying to live up to are absolutely ridiculous). Then I realized: I'll bet my future self is sending me the EXACT SAME MESSAGE! It's interesting that the more beauty I see in my own self, the more beauty I'm seeing in others. How...

My whole attitude on life is changing right before my eyes because of you. I have spent the last 40 years maybe even 42 years with negative messages, and self talk that has made life almost unbearable. I spent the last 20 years trying everything to change.

I want to thank you all, at 45 years old for the first time I wake up without the negative self talk and I have actually been seen smiling in the morning.

My son has noticed a big difference in me and I am not angry all the time at the world and myself. Thank you for giving me a new start on life....

I wanted to share something that PATHS has done for me recently that I find so amazing!

I was out 4-wheeling last weekend and I hurt my knee. It felt as if my ACL had torn, not completely, but enough to make it hard to walk and make my knee wobble all around and go places it really shouldn't.

I emailed PATHS the next day and asked if they had anything that could help and they told be about a knee mini module that they have and they added it in.

Today, Wednesday, I have no more pain and my knee is no longer wobbling or anything. It feels normal! I am still going to take it easy but I cannot believe (well, I can) how quickly it worked. Awesome!
