I have always had trouble falling asleep and staying asleep. This goes back to grade school. I have tried all sorts of off the shelf drugs, supplements etc. Some worked better than others, but all of them left me groggy in the morning, and most of the time I did not feel as if I had rested well, even though I was asleep.
For the last several years I have been using melatonin, it helped the best with the least side effects.

At a going away party yesterday - My friend told me that
the day before there had been 3 times when normally she would have cried -
but she couldn't!!
She said she tried & couldn't - then she laughed & said: "Expecting to cry was a habit, but I didn't feel like it."
Amazing! Also, she has been waking up & stressing during the nite - But Since she started PATHS she has only
woke up because Jonathan woke her - & then she went right back to sleep -
which she normally can't do.
She was very excited about it & I heard
her telling other people about it twice!...

When I first heard about PATHS I was skeptical but now I understand what all the excitement is about! I am using goals, faith, eat right and energy and motivation and each module has been wonderful. I believe the goals has been very synergistic with the eat right module and I have so much more energy than before from the energy and motivation module.
I will be adding my second and third sets of modules soon with the specials offered this month and am sooo excited. Thank you for making such a difference in my life! Keep it up Paths!...
